The first BMS contract in Hung vuong Hotel (Hue)

T&D Engineering Ltd. wins the first order for Building Management System (BMS) in Hung vuong 5 stars hotel (Hue).

Order confirms increasing demand of Building Automation technology in Vietnam.

Hanoi, Vietnam, August 08, 2007 – T&D Engineering Ltd., the local leader in power and automation technology company, has won the first order, valued at US$0,5 million, from Hung vuong Hotel Management Board. T&D Engineering Ltd. will provide a Building Management System which is fully control and monitoring all the M&E applications of the Hotel.

Furthermore it will be integrated with Property Management System (PMS) of the Hotel to increase the guest service quality. 

The order comprises design, manufacture, equipment supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the Building Management System with all other M&E applications. The equipment includes ALC’s DDC controllers, sensors, valves and associated BMS software in Vietnamese language, the central control systems. The term BMS covers a number of technologies that enhance the security, safety, economic and flexibility of M&E systems. The project is scheduled to be commissioned in around 4 months.
